Jacket’s mom just casually told me that one of her other sister’s children’s foster care agency in another borough has a restraining order out against her. 

Is there a way to look-up how many restraining orders a person has?  It actually doesn’t sound as though she did that much damage at Jacket’s foster agency this time around.
