Who took this picture and how is it ok? →
Clearly this isn’t a “help us identify these kids” photo with their hoods on and clutching diapers. It’s such a shameful photo that’s going to follow these kids for life. Aren’t there some journalism ethics against this kind of thing?

that is the exact first thought that crossed my mind when i saw it. they will forever identify themselves with that one photo, and i guarantee it will haunt them for the rest of their lives. such a horrible, horrible thing.
