I’m just going to be real

Something changes when a white girl starts walking around with a mixed-raced child, or- as my current situation is, has a whole wall of pictures of such a girl.  Black men lose a layer of inhibition and start asking you out at a much greater rate than before.

Right now I have a lovely former marine, current accountant, black man who I hired to paint a room in my apartment for me.  All was professional until he saw Jacket’s photos and then bam, he asked to take me to dinner “…because a nice black man like me really likes little white girls like you.” Now that I typed it out it sounds sort of creepy but his tone was jovial and sweet.

Awkward nonetheless.  He IS cute, but it sounds like the beginning of a porno.  The cute, muscular painter comes over…

  6. mamamusement said: I too am aware of this trend—in reverse. The Hubs has taken The Rajah out alone & had black single moms take a heightened interest in him. I’ve watched this from afar in a few grocery store aisles—it’s bizarre. I say go for it though. ;-)
