Let me start off by saying I actually feel totally calm. This crap is pretty routine, I’m just letting you all see a bit more of the nasty now.

The detective just called me and said that Jacket’s mom called her this morning asking how to get me arrested for harassment. Needless to say, the detective put an end to all of that nonsense, told her that I saved her ass from ACS and then threatened to call ACS on her right now for acting ‘so irractic’. This led to the apology I received from Jacket’s mom.

Kind of sad, I wish Jacket’s mom had come to the apology on her own.

When I first started this fosterhood experience 3 years ago the idea that someone would call the police on me for harassment would have caused me to shit my pants. Now it’s barely a disruption in my day. All I’d have to do is hand over my phone and the police would see otherwise. I take that back, it would never get that far because her approach with the police would have them questioning her from the start.

Looking forward to picking up Jacket. Wish she was 18 already so I can commiserate with her about the insanity.
