Jury duty today. I looked up the names of Jacket’s mom’s twelve siblings for fear the cosmos might do something twisted like sit me on one of their cases without me realizing it. Fortunately (or not) most came up as currently incarcerated so no chance of encounter there. I can’t imagine fostering in a small town…
