What assessments are used in court ordered psychologicals?

I’m sure different measures are used for different reasons for referral, but is there a basic battery of tests parents with kids in foster care receive when the court requests it?  For example, Stanford-Binet, Vineland, MMPI-II, MCMI?  Or, is it just an interview/clinical assessment?
